一回家又可以親自幫米米準備食物了~
米米是日米餐
娃娃菜紅蘿蔔瘦肉粥
娃娃菜做法是一半攪蓉一半切碎
紅蘿蔔都是一半蓉一半碎
吃前會按份量放在一碗內
因為米米可以食到有口感既食物,但米媽唔想一次過全部都是粒狀,所以會一半半,循序漸進。
我不在的8天,預先寫定8天16餐的餐單給姐姐照做,所以米米吃得很香!肥肥白白=) #小米b
